Franc M. is a Developmental Psychologist who oversees our uniquely designed Tamaduni Socio-Emotional Learning (SEL) programs, Parents Support programs, and the mentorship digital infrastructural framework at Ushauri Mentors. He brings a profound understanding of human development and a strategic approach to program implementation. Franc holds a Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology and has more than 15 years of experience in designing and managing SEL programs. He is instrumental in integrating digital tools with mentorship practices to enhance the learning experience.
